Many times, our acquisition search service has proven to be a more effective for us than shopping the open market for available deals.

Three standard levels are described below.

1 - Company Specific

This level of service is for the buyer who has identified and had preliminary contact with a business that may be coming up for sale.
We are ready to help you disseminate information, develop an offering strategy, negotiate, and assist you through the due diligence process.

2 - Search Specific

This is the most popular. If you've looked online on our site or another business for sale site and saw some businesses that may interest you, but you aren't sure the best way to proceed, we can help engage on your behalf. We will either refine your search targets or gather information. We will do our best to ensure the business you select meets your needs.

3 - Personal Acquisition Search

Whether you are an investment group or an individual who will be an owner/operator, or an established company looking to grow through acquisition, we engage companies that match your investment criteria regardless if they are knowingly for sale or not. This service is geared at finding excellent acquisition targets that are not actively for sale.
